I decided to kick off my Friday with a kickboxing class with the amazing Ashira at the fancy gym in Hellerup, Well-come. The gym has a separate boxing area with a pro boxing ring (just like in hardcore boxing gyms). My training consisted of 10 min. skipping to warm up the body. Skipping is a really good way to get your heart beet up fast and beet the conditioning. Following did I practice my kicks before getting the pink gloves on. Well I am still girl
I did approximately 40 min. kickboxing with small breaks in between the sessions. Finally did I train different kicks on punchbags for 50 seconds and 10 seconds break times five rounds. I was completely exhausted afterwards.
I did some core abbs work afterwards to finish off the hardcore muscles work and stretched out for the last ten minutes. It is highly important to stretch out properly in order to get long and lean muscles, which I suppose all female wants (especially myself).
