It’s Sunday, I know. Usually everybody has hangovers and eats fast food because that’s the Sunday excuse. Well, not for me. Today I woke up, got my morning coffee (which is ooh so important), then jump in my cool training outfit and straight down to GymBox at Covent Garden in London.
My training consisted of 20 min. on the running machine. I started running 5 min. with a pace of 12 KM/H. Then I did sprints in tabata, which is 20 sec. running followed by 10 sec. break, repeatedly 8 times. I ran my tabata with incline 5 and pace 16,5 KM/H. It was tuff but before starting I made up my mind to complete it! Often it is your mind stopping yourself because you underestimate your body’s power.
After running tabata I ran for 10 min. in the pace of 11 KM/H.
I have found out that running in different pace and incline boosts your metabolism, which is great for your body if you want to get ride of fat.
After running I did a workout from my Nike Training Club app. I was aiming tone by butt and back so I choose two programs the 30 mins “Ab and Butt” and the 15 mins. “Shaped Back.” Finally I stretched out for 15 min stretch out. It is necessary to stretch out especially if you want long muscles and not getting too sore the next day or two.
