Surfing is one of the coolest sports activities, if you ask me – the combination of water, focus, balance and strength is the perfect mix. Also, there are never two days which are the same due to the weather conditions. Therefore the time of day when it’s optimal to surf changes. Sometimes early mornings and other days afternoons.
I have practices surfing in Tel Aviv, Costa Rica, Biarritz, and St. Barth. It is a perfect way to do some exercise on a vacation while not feeling you are doing exercise. Though the day after I might feel some soreness in my body.
After practicing jump-ups on the board we are ready to hit the waves.
