You have to try this. This is hilarious. I have just tried the app called, MyIdol. The app is a Chinese but I will guide you through it so you can create your own personal avatar. I saw this on ELLE UK and I was laughing so badly that I wanted to share this with you.

This is the following steps for you to create your own avatar:
Go to App Store and download – My Idol
1. CHOOSE AND CONFIRM PHOTO
Make it front on, no accessories, preferably no hair obscuring your face. Align with guides as below
2. SET GENDER
GREEN is male. RED is female. You can do this once the avatar is built by clicking the red or green button above its head. I am red, see?
Tweak ‘time machine’ to see your face proportions change. Presumable with age.
In ‘Make Up’ you can adjust skin colour.
3. GET DRESSED
‘Girl Suits’ is like instant outfit. I chose small printed shorts and leather jacket . (click on icon, let it download. When the background goes white you can choose to put it on.
4. CHOOSE YOUR HAIR
5. PICK YOUR (PROPER) OUTFIT
I find my personal uniform on here: button up shirt and skinny jeans. Excuse the semi-nudity.
Click top right ‘done’ icon when you’re finished.
6. AVATAR IS BUILT.
Don’t attempt to add a caption. It will be in Chinese.
You’ll use STAGE (the dancing movies are made here) and GIF/EMOJI (the catwalk movie is here) the most
7. MAKE A MOVIE
There are a lot of options, but catwalk feels right for this purpose. You can screenshot at any stage by pressing the camera icon.
9. SAVE TO CAMERA ROLL
Don’t worry about the other buttons…
Hope you will enjoy this as much as I do.
Share your video on Instagram and tag me @thisway_ in it – I would love to see what you have come up with.
