I do not have a lot of time in the morning to prepare a breakfast, and I prefer 30 min. longer in bed than waking up early to make myself a breakfast. Therefore I have made this ease-peasy smoothie, which takes you max five min. and voila, you just got yourself a healthy tasty gorgeous looking smoothie. Here is my recipe, which I change from time to time, deepening on what my fridge and local fruit man has to offer:
- 1 banana
- 1 small cup of soya milk (use almond, rice or the milk you prefer)
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon Acai – from AcaiAcai click here
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 grapefruitMix all the ingredients in your blender. I have a nutribullet blender. And voila, you just got yourself a healthy acai smoothie to kick off you day! You can add on some home-made musli, fruits or nuts if you like – make it special – make it your own.
