A perfect morning for me at home starts with an espresso and homemade acai bowl. Also I take my vitamins from VITAVIVA every morning.
Acai is really hyped now and I want to support this hype as I really think its a superb product. Acai is a superfruit, energy boosting, anti-aging among other positive effect. My acai is from AcaiAcai and my recipe for my acai bowl is really simple:
- 2 tea spoon Acai
- 1 banana
- 2 tea spoon chia seeds
- 1 handfull frozen berries (I use blueberries)
- 1 tea spoon cinnamon
- 1 cup almond milk (or coconut water, rice milk, soya milk)
Blend all the ingredients and voilà – you have a delicious acai bowl. You can put coconut flakes, berries, granola, and/or chia seeds on top.
