Vitamins needed

One of the ways I take care of myself and my body is with vitamins. I am a proud ambassador for VITAVIVA which makes vitamins and supplements for almost all needs. I have some vitamins which I take every day all year around and then I have some other vitamins and supplements which I take in seasons depending on weather, geographical location etc.

I want to share my vitamins with you so you can get insight on how I take care of my body while this summer while being in Barcelona and working as a modeling and having a very unstructured time schedule. Taking vitamins is a great and easy way to boost yourself from the inside.

Is a supplement I take all year. It contains 30 billion organisms contain a high dosage of natural and beneficial bacteria found in our digestive tract. I take probiotics because I travel a lot so in order to get a balance I take this.

I take different oil supplements depending on time of the year. I am currently taking flaxseed oil, which are rich in Omega-3 Fatty Acids, that are a key force against inflammation in the body.
