I am currently on my forth training program made by my lovely trainer Cecilie aka Simplyfit. I am on a long journey around the world where I cannot commit to a particular gym class therefore a workout program is perfect for my lifestyle as I can use any gym that I come across on my way. From being in French Polynesia, to Los Angeles, and next hitting New York for Fashion Week a gym is one thing all destinations provides. I work out 3-4 times a week and I like to sweat ( a lot) so do not be scared if you try the program and it makes you push yourself a bit more than you are use to – that is exactly what Cecilie does to me. In the beginning I did not like being pushed beyond my own limits but when seeing the results of how my condition has increased and my body has never been more fit – I can only thank her.
