A few weeks ago I had a weekend get-away to the capital of romance, Paris. I went here with my boyfriend for 2 days and we had absolutely no plans besides a Phil Collins concert and then relaxing and enjoying the beautiful city.
We stayed at the cool and luxurious hotel, Hotel Costes, which is absolutely stunning and well-kept. I love the vibe of the hotel, it is all dark and red velvet, with a sexy atmosphere.
The food is good, and there chocolate cake (chocolate fondant) is delicious. I have a thing for chocolate, and this cake is a must for me to have. The cake is on the picture above (I feel like one now, while writing this).
The Phil Collins concert we went to was happy and up the beat. I did not expect him to play all his favourite hits, but I knew half of all the songs he played (which I was proud of). But all the dancing songs he played was the best!
Another amazing restaurant in Paris is Derriere. The restaurant is hidden in a garden and you feel like you enter someones home, when you are in the restaurant. It is quite cool and cosy, but also very touristy now. The last time I was there was about five years ago, and there was almost only french people at the restaurant, so that has changed a lot.
